1. Service scope and operator

Go Fight is a platform for discovering martial arts academies in Kuwait and exploring their programs and membership packages. The app has not launched and the current website is informational. Browsing does not create a booking or a payment obligation. Images and prices within app previews are illustrative.

This wording assumes that the platform facilitates selection and subscription while the academy provides training. The contracting party, service provider and payment recipient must be identified before each subscription. The name Go Fight does not replace the requirement to provide the registered entity name, license number, address and contact details before launch.

2. Eligibility and minors

A subscription requires legal capacity or action by a guardian or legal representative on behalf of the participant. A child's subscription is managed by their guardian or legal representative, subject to the academy's requirements and the program's age suitability. The Children category does not authorize an independent account or a contract without the required legal capacity.

Account holders must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and report unauthorized use. Passwords or verification codes are not required to submit a complaint.

3. Academies and memberships

Before confirmation, the subscription page must identify the academy, training location, activity, category, duration, start date, included services, restrictions, training times and total cost. Listing an academy does not guarantee a sporting outcome or accreditation. Accreditation claims must be attributed to their source after verification.

Users must be able to review and correct their order, with package and cancellation conditions displayed before acceptance. Automatic renewal or additional charges must not be activated without clear disclosure and separate consent. Advertised features and discounts remain subject to accuracy, availability and their disclosed conditions.

4. Confirmation, payments and invoices

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars, with all applicable charges disclosed before payment. A debit alone does not establish a completed subscription; confirmation must identify the transaction reference, training provider, package and dates. A debit without confirmation must be investigated and corrected or the amount due refunded according to the findings.

The order must identify the payment recipient and available payment method. Cash payments require a receipt from the recipient. Users receive an Arabic invoice or electronic document describing the transaction. A pending payment should not be repeated before its status has been checked.

5. Cancellation, refunds and non-delivery

These terms do not impose an absolute no-refund rule or waive statutory consumer rights. Package-specific cancellation, freezing, rescheduling and no-show conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Undisclosed restrictions or conditions conflicting with mandatory law must not be applied.

If the provider cancels or cannot deliver the service, the user must be notified and their rights settled according to law and the service actually provided. App credit or alternative training must not replace a refund due without consent. Refunds must use the legally required method, with the processing route and expected completion time explained when the request is accepted.

Cancellation deadlines, deductions for services already delivered and responsibility for processing refunds have not yet been approved. They must be agreed with academies and the payment gateway before subscriptions are enabled. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a membership.

6. Safety and training responsibilities

Martial arts require attention to health and fitness, trainer instructions and protective equipment. Participants or guardians should check program suitability, consult a healthcare professional when needed and provide the academy with information necessary for safety through an appropriate channel.

Academies are responsible for their obligations concerning training, trainers, facilities and safety. Go Fight is responsible for its own service obligations. This allocation does not exempt any party from fraud, fault, negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not waive compensation that is due.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Impersonation, fraud, abuse, unauthorized disclosure of others' data and attempts to compromise or disrupt the service are prohibited. Brands, images and content may only be used for authorized purposes; their respective owners retain their rights. Proportionate protective action may be taken following an established breach, with reasons and an opportunity to challenge the decision where legally possible. Account suspension alone does not justify confiscating sums owed to a user.

8. Complaints, amendments and governing law

A published complaint channel must be available at launch, with a trackable reference for each request. A complaints email and operator address have not been provided for this version; do not send personal data to a guessed address. Amicable contact does not require giving up the right to approach the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the relevant regulator or the competent courts.

Transactions are governed by applicable Kuwaiti legislation, with jurisdiction determined under the relevant legal rules. Amendments do not retrospectively affect accrued rights. Material changes must be notified before taking effect, with renewed consent where required. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally permitted.

Sources and legal framework

Relevant mandatory rules have been considered. Their scope and the latest implementing regulations must be checked at launch:

  • Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 — Ministry of Commerce and Industry andits implementing regulations.
  • Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014, taking into account its amendment by Decree-Law No. 148 of 2025.
  • Issuance of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce — Kuwait Government Online. Effective-date provisions, regulations and registration requirements applicable to the operator must be verified before operations begin.
  • Decision No. 26 of 2024 and the Data Privacy Protection Regulation — CITRA, to the extent applicable to the operator and its service providers.
